What if the item is damaged?

This is an extreme case as the item is always reviewed, but we escalate these disputes to customer service, and make a decision based on the evidence.

Who is responsible as a seller?

The company who sells the item to the customer (us, you or our partner stores) is still the seller, therefore the product sale is recognised as a new item that is being returned to a new buyer, with applicable return rules and VAT is still applied.

What about product quality and packaging?

Our customer service team review images uploaded during the return alongside A.I, to ensure it meets your exact standard, couriers will also inspect the quality of the packaging.

Can I request the item to come back to my warehouse?

Yes, when a return isn't sold to a new customer - you can either choose for it to go to our warehousing partners or to receive the item.

Why your process is more sustainable?

By utilising Magic, we are able to reduce returns CO2 emissions by 36%. Due to reduced packaging, less shipments, and less emissions

What if the customer keeps the product?

If a customer fails to ship the product on, the new buyer receives an item from the warehouse and the initial returner is not refunded.

Who pays for shipping?

The cost of return shipping is determined by your company’s return policy.
